By accessing and using Dia Hotels & Homes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Requirements

  • Age Requirements: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Valid Identification: Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment or valid payment guarantee is required at the time of booking.

Booking Modifications

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Rate differences may apply for date changes or room upgrades.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking
  • International Cards (with additional verification)

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your payment information is not stored on our servers. We use SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliance, and fraud detection/prevention systems to protect your data.

4. Property Rules and Guest Responsibilities

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid ID is required at check-in.

Guest Conduct

  • Respect other guests and property staff
  • No smoking in non-smoking areas
  • No loud music or disturbances after 10 PM
  • Follow property-specific rules
  • Report damages or issues immediately

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities or substance abuse
  • Excessive noise or parties without permission
  • Damage to property or furnishings
  • Unauthorized guests or subletting
  • Commercial activities without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and software) is the property of Dia Hotels Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission
  • Using trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
  • Creating derivative works based on our content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dia Hotels Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Exclusions Include:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Damages resulting from improper use

Note: Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
